We'll make sure you get what you want for the price you think is fair, even if it means taking a hit on our end.
The Anti-Renaissance Fair
Renaissance fairs have been on the rise, harkening back to an older, simpler, but frankly backwards way of living. Wizards, wenches, and bartering with shopkeepers in the mud just isn’t everyone’s idea of a good time.
So just next door Swap will host a counter-event of super futuristic oddities. There, tech firms to backyard inventors can show off their latest gadgets. From smellable screens to jet packs, all will be for sale and no price up in the air.
Rough Trade TV
Long ago, trading was slow, difficult, and dangerous. Boat or wagon were the means of transport and trips could take months.
On this game show contestants relive those conditions, hauling vintage threads across a historic trade route. Then sell them at the end.
Of course bartering will be integral to making enough profit. Whoever does so the quickest and makes the most wins.
